William R. Phillippe is a retired Presbyterian minister. He recently served as the acting head of staff for the National Capital Presbytery in the Washington, D.C. area. He also has served as acting executive director of the General Assembly Council of the PC(USA) and as interim senior pastor at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church in New York City.
