The Long Sleeve Neckband shirt features single pocket, stitched placket front, and an easy-care 65% polyester/35% cotton fabric blend. Available in White with French cuffs for cuff links. Full and half sizes from 14½ to 20 and 21 with sleeve lengths from 32 to 36/37 depending on size as follows:
- 32 (14½)
- 32/33 (15 to 17½)
- 34/35 (15½ to 18)
- 36/37 (18 to 21)

PONTIFF COLLARS and COLLAR BUTTONS sold separately. Please note that 2 collar buttons are needed to attach the collar to the shirt (a short shank in front and a long shank in back).
