LET THE CHILDREN COME TO ME by Vittorio Guerrera

Victor Guerrera was ordained in 1991 and is a priest of the Archdiocese of Hartford, Connecticut. He received a BA in psychology and sociology from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT, and his M.Div. from Christ the King Seminary in East Aurora, NY. He was an instructor in the Permanent Diaconate Program in Hartford and writes a column for the diocesan newspaper The Catholic Transcript.
- "I wish I had Fr. Guerrera's gift for communicating with children on profound religious issues. He knows not only their needs but their vocabulary; not only what 'grabs' them, but what turns them off. He retells the Gospel stories with a verve and a freshness that appeals to youngsters; uses props appropriately to compel attention; makes Christian action (forgiveness, helping others), even doing homework on his homily, happy exercises in joyful self-giving." - Rev. Walter Burghardt, SJ
- "Afraid to preach to kids? This is the book for you! A fine book to help the busy preacher prepare for a children's liturgy." - Rev. Benedict Groeschel, CFR
