    To be humble is to be exactly what you are, not something larger or smaller. It takes time to arrive at this position, but it is worth it. In a famous poem, Percy Bysshe Shelley describes just the opposite, a terrifying monarch from the past. The following words appeared on a broken-down pedestal lying all by itself in the desert: “My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!” Nothing beside remains: round the decay Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare, The lone and level sands stretch far away.
