God our Father has written his law on our hearts and put it into words in the commandments. We trust God to help us to come to a deep understanding of the natural desire we have to be united with him as we pray.

1. May God continue to bless and inspire the Pope in his work of shepherding God’s people.

2. May the Lord help us to use well the economic and material wellbeing given us, and to give God thanks and worship with faith-filled hearts.

3. May our young people be guided by the natural inclination of their hearts towards God. May they use the goodness, which God has given them to serve others generously.

4. May the Lord be with those who are elderly, sick, housebound or suffering from loneliness, to comfort them by reminding them of the grace-filled moments of their lives.

5. May God bless all whose lives are dedicated to caring for the sick.

Heavenly Father, teach us to love your commandments and to come to know the people of soul that comes from keeping them as we entrust all our prayers to you through Jesus Christ. Amen.
